The Semeli is a unique and luxurious mountain resort, offering a whole new dimension in mountain holiday ambience. Nestled in the stunning mountain landscapes of Pieria Mountains in Greece and with an amazing view to Olympus, the mountain of Gods, it is conveniently located just 90 minutes away from Thessaloniki’s Macedonia International Airport and only 8 minutes away from the slopes of the Elatohori Ski Resort.
The Semeli resort is built with stone and wood. The interior design combines antiques with modern designer's furniture (such as Philippe Starck’s), nature and tradition with contemporary materials. 33 rooms, a fine gourmet restaurant, Spa and Gym facilities and a fully equipped convention center are the offered facilities.
Semeli has won several prizes:
- 1st prize in the category "Best Mountain or Country Hotel"
- Top 5 since 2007 in the category "Most Romantic Hotels"
- Top 3 among all Conde Nast Traveller readers in category "Retreat Hotels"
- Inspected, selected and the only one suggested in the category "Country Hotels" in the "Louis Vuitton Europe Travel Guide 2011"
The task: Create Semeli’s Sound Identity
In a context where the Semeli resort wants to be a reputable convention center during the week and a luxury and romantic destination during the weekends, Audio Clusters` challenge and commitment was to add value to the Semeli brand as well as to the unique character and particularity of this hotel. Among the tasks was to communicate the unique profile of the Semeli Resort, that combines modern design with classic and at the same time luxurious aesthetics, as well as the warm hospitality of a Greek chalet enviroment.
A further task was to emphasize on the Greek Identity, the heavy heritage and the legends of the Ancient Greek Gods` Residence on the Mount Olympus.
